Convenient check-in and out process, with helpful breakfast recommendations. Enjoyed the swimming pool and had a quality time. Beds were comfortable, but pillows lacked support. Staff provided excellent service without being overbearing. a top choice for luxury accommodations.

Loved that they had onsite restaurant Flavors, no need to go somewhere else. The hotel met needs.

Exceptional Service and Convenient Location

During our stay at JW Marriott Seoul, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The staff, particularly Daniel, went above and beyond to assist us, even though we were not hotel guests. He graciously helped us navigate taxis and bid us farewell with a warm goodbye. The professionalism of the hotel staff truly reflected the stature of the JW brand.

The newly renovated hotel showcased a grand entrance and elegant lobby on the 8th floor. However, we did notice a lack of seating in the public areas, which gave the hotel a slightly cold and impersonal feel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, including authentic Korean restaurants and even popular international chains like Shake Shack. The executive lounge on the 9th floor offers a fantastic breakfast spread with a variety of options, including Korean specialties and freshly made waffles. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, perfect for a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. The service provided by the staff, especially in the lounge, is prompt and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are smaller after the renovation, but this may not be a major issue for those looking for a comfortable space to rest.

The Easter weekend at this hotel was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The location was great, with several attractions and transportation options nearby. I also really enjoyed the excellent selection of food and the attentive staff in the club lounge.

The club lounge staff was a bit too efficient in clearing out the food. They should consider leaving it out until it's been eaten.
